**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Dishwashing:**
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Ensure all dishware is properly organized and stored after cleaning to maintain an efficient workflow.
- **Food Preparation:**
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients, under the guidance of chefs or cooks.
- Prepare basic food items, including salads, dressings, sauces, and other repetitive tasks as assigned.
- **Kitchen Maintenance:**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and storage areas.
- Assist in keeping kitchen equipment clean and in good working condition. Report any repairs needed to the kitchen manager.
- **Sanitation and Safety:**
- Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies, including those regarding food safety and personal hygiene.
- **Team Support:**
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation during busy service periods.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed to support kitchen activities.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
