Your impact 

The Senior Analyst, Revenue Analysis & Pricing is responsible for revenue analysis, forecasting and scenario modeling for Intelsat's Commercial Aviation business unit team. This role supports the company's Sales, Partnership and Product teams. Primary responsibilities include developing models and analysis that will be used to support strategic decision making by senior leadership. This includes the design, development, and delivery of analytical solutions for potential business model transformations, developing pricing for new airline opportunities, and quantifying new revenue streams. As a quick thinker, you will generate ideas that meet the needs of Intelsat and its airline partners through in-depth knowledge of IFC product, the airline industry and Intelsat's contracts. 

What you will do 

• Work with the Account Management Team to understand airline performance and support revenue generation discussions
• Work with the Sales Team to support development of commercial strategy for RFP responses 
• Model commercial offers for new RFP responses which tie to the Intelsat value proposition
• Support sales and partnership opportunities with creative thinking and business strategy assessments.
• Partner with Finance organization to develop business cases for key opportunities
• Work with the Product organization to determine the strategic and financial value of potential new products and development work
• Understand complex pricing models and strategies to maximize deal value to Intelsat
• Develop materials for monthly sales trend presentation 
• Support multiple analytical projects from ideation to delivery
• Utilize existing statistical and financial models to inform leadership on revenue growth, risk scenarios and potential future revenue opportunities

 Your required experience/skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline
• At least three years of work experience in a strategic, analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong problem solver and critical thinker 
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to present create and deliver analysis in a meaningful way 

It would be nice if you had: 

• Significant experience in Pricing 
• Knowledge of aviation, technology and/or telecom is also desired
• Experience with SQL and Tableau
• Experience in consulting or corporate strategy
