Administrative Associate - Marketing
Intertek is searching for an Administrative Associate - Marketing to join our Business Assurance team on a part-time basis (less than 30 hours per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in Business Assurance!
What you'll do:
- Manage Document control, Certificate templates and Records libraries: create new documents, manage change requests, manage approval process, publish documents, tracking history of changes and approvals, issue release notification letters to the organization
- Manage controlled access to above libraries: create Regional access controllers, create new users with different levels of security, train, remove access
- Create and maintain document templates, certificate templates, marks and logos (Intertek, Intertek SAI Global and Accreditation bodies combos)
- Maintain Global Internal audit programme, set up internal audits in iEnable and schedule internal audits globally
- Ensure access to Global pricing list and Accreditation activities fee document for all BA GMs
- Assist team with marketing campaigns, including advertising, emails, webinars, trade shows, and client events
What it takes to be successful in this role:
- 1-2 years experience in administrative, marketing or sales
- Associates degree in business, marketing, or communications
- High attention to detail
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Aptitude to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
