Administrative Associate - Marketing

Intertek is searching for an Administrative Associate - Marketing to join our Business Assurance team on a part-time basis (less than 30 hours per week).  This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in Business Assurance!

What you'll do:    

  • Manage Document control, Certificate templates and Records libraries: create new documents, manage change requests, manage approval process, publish documents, tracking history of changes and approvals, issue release notification letters to the organization
  • Manage controlled access to above libraries: create Regional access controllers, create new users with different levels of security, train, remove access
  • Create and maintain document templates, certificate templates, marks and logos (Intertek, Intertek SAI Global and Accreditation bodies combos)
  • Maintain Global Internal audit programme, set up internal audits in iEnable and schedule internal audits globally
  • Ensure access to Global pricing list and Accreditation activities fee document for all BA GMs  
  • Assist team with marketing campaigns, including advertising, emails, webinars, trade shows, and client events 

 What it takes to be successful in this role:

  • 1-2 years experience in administrative, marketing or sales
  • Associates degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • High attention to detail
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Aptitude to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
