We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager. This position is responsible for the financial management of an assigned business line, including participating in month-end close, preparation of data and trending/analysis, working with the business leaders to prepare forecasts, etc. Overall expectation is to provide business advisory and partnership to the Operational VP in order to drive revenue and profit growth as well as to drive free cash flow generation. This position could travel up to 5% of the time. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

What you'll do:
- Assist in the financial management of a $90M+ (USD) annual revenue budget
- Oversee and manage daily, weekly, monthly reporting
- Manage the Month End Close process, including Revenue and Expense reconciliations and related general ledger entry preparation, liaising with both the local sites and the GL team
- Oversee and manage weekly revenue and cost forecasting and lead forecasting discussions with site managers
- Manage and assist with annual budget process, liaising between the local sites and the regional finance team
- Perform financial audits as need and participate in annual audits performed by the Internal audit team
- Business partnership and advisor to site leader in order to help drive margin accretive growth
- Assist in current process reviews in order to challenge, reengineer and gain improved efficiencies
- Actively participate in developing improved forecasting models
- Develop and conduct training on accounting principles, financial CMC's, local accounting procedures as well as local revenue recognition policy
- Participate in the management of fixed asset system updates, which will include fixed asset inventories
- Analyze income statements and perform variance analysis and report findings to the Regional Finance teams
- Lead/Participate in revenue process management including control of billing accuracy and support of collection of accounts receivable.
- Ensure internal controls, local accounting policies and practices are in compliance with the Intertek Group standards through interpretation and enforcement of ever-changing core mandatory controls
- Partner with financial leadership team to improve financial processes, policies, systems/tools, training programs, reporting and controls throughout the organization
- Ensure the finance activities comply with the highest standards of accuracy, validity, and ethics and ensure adherence to the Intertek Accounting Policies

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field of study
- Minimum 6 years hands on experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Extremely proficient with advanced Excel, statistical analysis data modeling
- Travel requirement: 5% or less
- Applicants will be required to complete an I-9 to verify their eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Applicants must reside in and be able to legally work in the United States
