Senior Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Specialist

What You Will Get To Do:
- Manage a defined aged debt portfolio, collecting outstanding balances on overdue invoices utilizing multiple communication streams, negotiating payment terms within specific guidelines
- Proactively manage issues raised by clients in instances of non-payment, working with internal colleagues across functions to resolve, subsequently leading invoices back to a payable / collectible status.
- Determine and recommend when to deny a client access to virtual data rooms based on various factors including the overdue balance, the client's attitude and co-operation to repayment and their historical payment behavior whilst considering the business relationship with Intralinks and the commercial impact of any action taken.
- Recommend account referral to external collection agency where internal efforts have been exhausted and having collaborated with internal stakeholders to explore alternative options to mitigate impact to business relations.
- Achieve key performance metrics with focus on, but not limited to, individual and team cash collection targets.
- Prepare and provides ad-hoc analytical reports on the status of accounts portfolio.
- Ensure all collections activities are recorded within appropriate systems
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years of B2B collection experience
- Intermediate Excel experience (Pivot table, V-lookup, Formulas)
- Written and verbal communication skills; Negotiation skills
- High School degree qualification
- SaaS / Subscription services experience desirable.
