Job Description
Day to Day:
• Collaborate across design, product management and engineering to discover and share project goals, objectives, and target users and help guide project direction.
• Create user flows, experience maps, service blueprints, wireframes and prototypes that reflect team as well as Intralinks goals
• Share and solicit input from stakeholders and users to ensure designs meet user and company goals
• Advocate for the user and the solving of their goals and problems while balancing time and technology limitations to produce the best possible solutions.
• Conduct design workshops as needed with cross functional participants
• Conduct user validation sessions as needed
Minimum Experience:
• 4-7 years of product design experience
• Knowledge with agile, scrum, and success integrating design with them
• Experience leading projects and meetings with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Experience with standard design tools – we use Figma
• Experience with design sprints and using other methodologies to solve our users' challenges

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. NY: Salary range for the position: 125000 USD to 135000 USD.Apply on company website
