Job Summary:**
Intralinks is seeking a talented Software Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our secure, high-performance financial technology platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building robust and scalable software solutions.
What you will get to do
* Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications and features across the Intralinks product suite.
* Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
* Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
* Debug and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and infrastructure.
* Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
What You Will Bring:**
* Minimally through Sophomore year working toward a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go).
* Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular) is a plus.
* Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
* Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
* Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Massachusetts: The expected hourly wage for the position is between 25.00 USD/hour to 25.00 USD/hour.
