About the Positi

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the technical architecture of SaaS components, with a focus on security. This includes standards and approaches for the software, the systems, and the development process. Core services are built in Java, Javascript, and Python.

This is a multi- disciplinary technical leadership role that requires strong design and communication skills and a solid grounding in product architecture and product security concepts. The candidate will interact with all the teams in Product Development, as well as sales, compliance, and even customers.

What You Will Get To Do:

• Participate as a lead in the evolution of Intralinks' SaaS application architecture.
• Understand and support secure development practices, proposing new approaches and tools as needed
• Review security issues and pen testing reports, collaborate with other teams on solutions to issues found.
• Support security architecture design and processes, especially threat modeling
• Collaborate with teams on maintaining cryptographic keys, libraries, and systems
• Investigate cutting edge technologies and lead their adoption into the architecture.
• Provide guidance and direction for software development standards, policies and best practices, and support secure application architecture practice within the development teams
• Provide recommendations on secure development methodologies and security frameworks for projects as well as a variety of client-side and server-side technologies.
• Perform technology/tools evaluation and technical proof of concepts.
• Develop relationships with product management and compliance team

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' of experience designing large-scale web applications.
• Proven experience estimating, planning, designing, and implementing n-tier and distributed software architectures and solutions.
• Proven experience with security and cryptographic standards used in distributed software architectures and solutions.
• Proven experience with tools that support secure development processes SOA, Scalability, AWS, Kubernetes, cloud services
