Temporary/ Contract Recruiter
As a Temporary/ Contract Recruiter, you will work as part of the Talent Acquisition Team and be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening, and submitting candidates to hiring managers, and initiating offer letters and background screening requests.
Expected pay: $28.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour
This is a remote position.
Bilingual (Spanish/ English) is preferred.
Assignment Duration: This is a temporary role with an expected end date of April 30, 2026 (this date may change due to business needs).
No benefits or paid time off are offered with this role.

Ideal Candidate Experience
- Fluent English/ Spanish (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, yet able to work independently
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruiting and hiring
- Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred
- Knowledge of Facilities Management (FM), Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Food Services, Restaurants, or similar industries preferred
Key Accountabilities
- Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process with a focus on high-volume recruitment
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes
- Screen applications and interview qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process to identify and recommend pay/ salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Comply with company policies
- Attend and participate in recruiting and onboarding sessions or scheduled meet-and-greet sessions
- Performs other duties as assigned
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Occasional travel may be required
