We have immediate opportunities for an Active Directory Identity and Access Expert to join our growing Customer Engineer (CE) team. A full-time role with comprehensive benefits. As a CE, you'll work with Fortune-1000 enterprises, guiding them to a healthy, secure identity posture across hybrid and cloud environments.
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 (DOE)
Travel: US Remote. CE's are home based and deliver services typically via Microsoft Teams.
Primary work includes:
- Standard Product Work Shops - Training
- In-Depth Product Reviews - White Board (Chalk Talk) Sessions
- Health Checks / Assessments
- Post Operational Review of Product Implementations
- Product Upgrade / Migration Assessments
- Systems Performance Reviews
- Act as the primary technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support, and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management
Experience you need to excel in the role:
The role requires deep knowledge (300-400 level) in the following technology areas:
- Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS)
- Active Directory replication and performance skills
- Strong Active Directory troubleshooting skills and experience
- Experience in Active Directory Disaster Recovery
- Group Policies implementation and design and troubleshooting
- Security and Administration of the Active Directory environment.
- Fundamental networking knowledge – IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing etc.
The Experience You'll Need to Excel in the Role:
- 7 + years of hands-on experience in Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Federated Services, AD replication and AD performance skills
- Deep understanding of Active Directory (AD) Security, ESAE (Enhanced Security Admin Environment), PAW (Privileged Access Workstations) and Defender & ATP
- Experience with Active Directory Scripting technologies, Active Directory Monitoring Tools, Microsoft Identity Manager, Azure AD Connect, Azure AD
- Microsoft365
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and advise stakeholders from engineers to CIOs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to business leaders.
