JDA TSG has an immediate opportunity for an experienced C#/.Net Software Engineer to join our team as Customer Engineer. Position is a full-time salaried role working remotely in the U.S. JDA TSG's teams are composed of technical engineer's, across the U.S. and Canada. Our team members provide dispatched to support customers providing a range of consultative services such as risk assessments, remediation planning, chalk talks, business continuity strategies etc.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Technical Skills Required:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relevant degree, or certifications (see relevant certifications below), or experience
• 4+ years development related development experience with Visual Studio and .Net applications (.Net Framework or .Net Core) for on-premises, hybrid, or Azure production environments or 1+ years' experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub
• 2+ Customer-facing experience collaborating with stakeholders, management, teams, or developers
• Proven record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on premises, hybrid, and/or cloud applications
• Language fluency in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, TypeScript, PowerShell, and Python,
• Large scale N-Tier development, Azure, Web Application or Web Services application development experience
• Application Development Environment and Pipeline Development Experience. TFS, Azure DevOps, Secure DevOps, or GitHub use and experience as well as understanding CI/CD lifecycle
• Containerization of applications using Kubernetes, Docker, Windows Containers, and experience with container orchestration
• Application production monitoring (Azure Monitoring, Application Insights, other) and production debugging experience
• Resilience application engineering (Gremlin Engineering//other) and familiarity with resilient application architecture
• IIS and/or Kestrel management experience associated with development deployments
• Infrastructure as Code experience (ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform) associated with development deployments

• DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
• Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
• GitHub Foundations Certification
• GitHub Administration Certification
• GitHub Actions Certification

Required Professional Skills & Experience

• Indispensable to have personal interaction skills to bring the management of relationship with the client and stakeholders of the project in an effective way 
• Ability to evaluate end-user business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, & then develop & implement the appropriate technical solutions
• Excellence oral and written communication including strong executive presence at the CxO level 
• Have experience working in large-scale IT projects
• Strong presentation skills
• Able to display balance between business & technical acumen as it relates to project management
• Be positive, comfortable with teamwork & focused on agility
• Be gifted with interpersonal communication amongst diverse team members
• Demonstrate professional rigor & thoroughness
