JDA TSG is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team.
In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders and employees across our organization supporting accounting and tax services programs. You will provide guidance on onboarding, HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
You will play a crucial role in implementing HR strategies that support the company's business goals while ensuring a positive employee experience for our remote workforce.
Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 depending on experience + bonus
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
