We have immediate opportunities for a Power Automate Desktop & Power Apps Developer with deep expertise in developing Power Automate Desktop and Power Apps to work as a JDA TSG Customer Engineer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building automation and app solutions that solve real-world business problems. CE will work directly with enterprise customers to design, develop, and troubleshoot desktop flows and custom apps, while also mentoring teams and accelerating adoption of low-code tools.
Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 plus benefits
Location: Remote (U.S)
Qualifications:
- Expert in Power Automate Desktop and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Technical Expertise: Strong skills in Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps Studio, and Dataverse.
- Automation Focus: Proven experience building and optimizing desktop flows for enterprise use cases.
- Development Mindset: Comfortable working with connectors, expressions, variables, and custom logic.
- Training & Troubleshooting: Skilled in delivering hands-on workshops and resolving technical issues.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or RPA are a plus.
- Consulting Experience: Experience in customer-facing or partner enablement roles is highly valued.
- Continuous Learning: Passion for staying current with Power Platform capabilities and best practices
Required Skill Set:
Power Automate Desktop
- Design and build robust desktop automation flows using Power Automate Desktop.
- Integrate with legacy systems (e.g., SAP, Citrix, Java apps) and modern platforms.
- Use AI Builder to enhance automation with document processing, sentiment analysis, and classification.
- Debug and optimize flows for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with customers to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions quickly.
Power Apps Development
- Build responsive, scalable Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Power Apps Studio.
- Connect apps to Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources.
- Apply business logic, validations, and user experience best practices.
- Use ALM practices to manage app lifecycle through solutions and DevOps pipelines.
- Deliver training and documentation to empower citizen developers and IT teams.
