JDA TSG – Recruiting Systems & CRM Administrator

Location: Remote US

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 a year

At JDA TSG, we empower many of the world's leading brands by providing top-tier specialized talent, business process expertise, and innovative solutions that propel their organizations in dynamic new directions. Our reputation is built on delivering exceptional focus, adaptability, and confidence with every client we serve.

We have an immediate opportunity for a Recruiting Systems & CRM Administrator to join our company. This is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with iCIMS system implementation and administration, paired with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. This individual will thrive on operational excellence—driving consistency, reliability, and performance across recruiting technology, automation, and HR systems. In addition to high-level iCIMS mastery, proficiency in Salesforce administration is highly valued to help align our recruiting workflows with the organization's overarching CRM architecture and reporting needs. They will be adept at maintaining stable environments, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds organizational standards. The role also involves partnering with HR and recruiting staff, promoting knowledge transfer, process alignment, and efficient escalation management to strengthen overall team capability.

This position is a strategic business partner at its core, not simply a technical operator. The Recruiting Systems & CRM Administrator will embed themselves within business functions, proactively identifying where technology can transform workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes. They will collaborate with department heads to understand future initiatives, bring forward innovative solutions, and act as consultants on modernization, automation, and optimization opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives on cross-functional engagement, seeks out ways to add value beyond their defined responsibilities, and takes pride in shaping the technological direction of the organization through insight, foresight, and partnership.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the continued evolution and optimization of the iCIMS ATS, overseeing post-implementation enhancements, feature releases, and system scaling to ensure long-term efficiency
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration, workflows, and permissions.
  • Leverage Salesforce administration proficiency to align recruiting workflows with overarching CRM architecture and reporting standards for a cohesive data environment.
  • Managing integrations with HRIS, onboarding, background screening, and job boards.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to ensure secure and seamless data flow.
  • Build custom workflows and automation to support seasonal and high-volume hiring.
  • Develop documentation, training, and job aids for recruiters, HR, and hiring managers.
  • Provide user training and serve as SME during and after rollout.
  • Drive adoption by ensuring workflows align with business needs.
  • Build baseline recruiting reports and dashboards in iCIMS.
  • Act as liaison with iCIMS support and external vendors.

Must Have:
  • 3+ years of hands-on iCIMS administration experience, including at least one full implementation.
  • Solid functional knowledge of Salesforce administration to support cross-platform reporting and architectural alignment with the iCIMS environment.
  • Prior experience administrating and optimizing recruitment technology, including a solid understanding of Salesforce for cross-system alignment.
  • Strong project management skills—able to drive timelines, stakeholders, and vendor deliverables.
  • Knowledge of HR tech stack integrations (HRIS, background checks, onboarding, payroll).
  • Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills for mapping and validation.
  • Strong communication skills for training, documentation, and leadership across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:
  • Experience managing seasonal or high-volume hiring workflows.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data conversion tools, or middleware.
  • HR tech certifications (iCIMS, SHRM, or similar).
