Description

The Stepping Stones Group (SSG) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Manager to join our team supporting school districts with high-quality behavioral health services. This flexible hybrid role combines direct service delivery at school sites and remote indirect services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavioral support services including functional assessments, behavior plans, data collection, and supervision of direct service staff.

  • Conduct needs assessments and partner with district leadership to address student, classroom, and program needs.

  • Oversee onboarding, training, and mentoring of Program Supervisors and Behavior Technicians.

  • Develop and implement clinical infrastructure, training content, and professional development plans.

  • Monitor service delivery, review documentation, and ensure compliance with district policies and procedures.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical questions and support.

  • Collaborate with leadership teams and participate in regular check-ins and special projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Credentials/License: BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Licensure as required by state. Eligible to supervise practicum students and BCBA candidates.

  • Experience: At least 2–3 years supporting school districts delivering behavioral support and supervising staff. Experience engaging with district stakeholders. Prior training in organizational behavior management and leadership of school-based programs preferred.

  • Travel: Ability to travel to assigned school sites as needed.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Director of Clinical Operations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds, sit or stand for extended periods, and perform physical activities such as kneeling or reaching.

  • Vision, hearing, and speech sufficient to perform essential duties.
