Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid South Carolina teaching, counseling, or related certification preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a school or mental health setting
- Demonstrated expertise in behavior management, crisis intervention, and student support; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Qualifications may vary from the above requirements to such a degree as the Superintendent determines necessary and appropriate to ensure properly qualified personnel in the position.
