*Annual Salary will be based on longevity with the Group and FTE work schedule/effort.

Qualifications
- Board Eligible / Board Certified in Urogynecology
- Location: Kaiser Permanente South Bay Medical Center and surrounding Medical Office Buildings
- Schedule: Part time, flexibility to pick up additional shifts if desired
