Our Physical Therapist is responsible for providing best-in-class care and achieving exceptional patient outcomes, which involves:

• Assessing patients' physical abilities and limitations through clinical tests to develop comprehensive therapy plans.
• Designing personalized therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, goals, and life circumstances.
• Utilizing exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional performance.
• Teaching patients exercises and functional activities to enhance recovery and reduce pain, ensuring their active participation in their treatment process.
• Working with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program preferred
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Knowledge of various physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices
• 2+ years' experience in physical therapy
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive and compassionate attitude
• Outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi-task

Working Environment:

This part-time, nonexempt, position involves working in an outpatient therapy setting, handling a diverse patient population across all age groups.

Hourly wage:

$30.00-$34.00/hour
