Our Call Center Representative is accountable for:

• Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries from educators, school administrators, and prospective candidates

• Resolving scheduling requests, employment questions, and system-related concerns with professionalism and accuracy

• Using internal tools and databases to log information, track calls, and support operational efficiency

• Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client and candidate satisfaction

• Supporting recruitment and placement efforts through outbound calls and administrative assistance
  
  

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center or customer service environment

• Proficient with computer systems and common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and follow-up

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and independently
