Our Call Center Representative is accountable for:
Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries from educators, school administrators, and prospective candidates
Resolving scheduling requests, employment questions, and system-related concerns with professionalism and accuracy
Using internal tools and databases to log information, track calls, and support operational efficiency
Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client and candidate satisfaction
Supporting recruitment and placement efforts through outbound calls and administrative assistance
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center or customer service environment
Proficient with computer systems and common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and follow-up
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and independently
Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service
