The Recruiting Account Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and nurturing a team of Recruiting Strategists and Talent Advisors, driving business growth, and optimizing client programs. This position focuses on executing recruitment strategies, managing client relationships, and enhancing operational efficiency to surpass performance objectives. Key responsibilities also include P&L ownership, profitability management, and strategic expansion across key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients. 

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Team Leadership: 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiting Strategists and Talent Advisors to support successful hiring initiatives. 
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline and streamlined process efficiency. 
  • Align recruitment strategies with business objectives, leveraging labor market insights and industry trends. 

Client & Account Management: 

  • Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, managing relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery. 
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, including mergers and acquisitions. 
  • Develop and implement innovative workforce solutions in alignment with client goals. 
  • Influence high-level stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial outcomes. 

Business Growth & Financial Management: 

  • Oversee account growth, including P&L responsibility, profitability, and optimizing programs. 
  • Analyze financial statements and devise strategies to enhance contribution margins. 
  • Collaborate across business units to identify new opportunities and expand service offerings. 

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: 

  • Monitor recruitment performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs and service level agreements. 
  • Enhance efficiency through process optimization and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Manage client expectations to deliver high-quality services. 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:  

  • 5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management. 
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. 
  • Strong financial acumen with the capability to analyze profitability metrics. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
