Our Senior Early Career Recruiter is responsible for executing all aspects of the early talent recruitment strategy, which involves: 

  • Partnering closely with client leadership to understand hiring needs for interns, new grads, and junior-level technical talent
  • Acting as a talent advisor and subject matter expert in early career technical recruiting, university relations, and junior hiring markets
  • Building and executing tailored sourcing strategies across Handshake, LinkedIn, coding communities, DEI partnerships, and events
  • Leveraging data to analyze pipeline health, forecast needs, and provide regular reporting and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to improve early career hiring processes, drive engagement, and support inclusive hiring outcomes

Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on early career and/or technical roles
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage early career talent across platforms and channels
  • Knowledge of hiring metrics and how to use data to influence recruiting strategy
  • A commitment to representing yourself, KellyOCG, and the client with integrity, equity, and care
