Description

Together, We Change Lives.

At Kelly, we believe in the power of connecting the right people to the right opportunities — and we know that impact can start early in a recruiter's journey.

Whether you're just starting your career or taking the next step, you'll apply your energy and passion to help move people, teams, and organizations forward. You'll have space to grow your recruiting skills and build meaningful partnerships, all while being part of a collaborative, people-first culture that values inclusion, integrity, and innovation.

We are currently hiring an Early Career Recruiter to support one of our global clients. This role will be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with the expectation of occasional onsite work.

In this role, you'll support hiring for interns, recent graduates, and early-stage technical talent, with responsibilities that include:

  • Supporting recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage early career candidates for technical and corporate positions
  • Helping build pipelines through targeted outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, Handshake, and local Brazilian recruiting channels
  • Coordinating interviews, tracking pipeline progress, and assisting with reporting and documentation
  • Engaging with DEI-focused communities and events to build inclusive early talent strategies
  • Communicating clearly with both internal stakeholders and candidates in Portuguese and English

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR, or university coordination — ideally supporting technical or early-career hiring
  • Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and ATS platforms
  • Highly organized, proactive, and excited to learn within a fast-paced, collaborative team
  • Willing and able to go onsite occasionally as required by the client

Kelly is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We're committed to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of our global community — including, but not limited to, race, gender, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
