As an Executive Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in shaping hiring strategies, partnering closely with senior business leaders, and delivering top executive talent that drives our clients' success. We are currently hiring an Executive Recruiter to support one of our global clients. This role is fully remote within the United States.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead full-cycle executive recruitment for senior leadership roles (VP, Director, and other high-level positions) across multiple functions.
- Partner closely with business leaders and HR to design and execute tailored executive search strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active executive talent using advanced sourcing methods, talent mapping, and market research.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams and leadership stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in executive hiring processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on executive or senior leadership hiring.
- Proven expertise in executive sourcing (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping) and engaging senior-level passive talent.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-level searches within a fast-paced and confidential environment.
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems and experience leveraging recruitment data and metrics to influence decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to and consulting with executives.
- U.S.-based with the ability to work fully remote. Minimal travel may be required for key business or leadership meetings.
