We're looking for a sharp, resourceful Sourcer to help us find top-tier talent across Latin America—particularly in Brazil or Argentina. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who understands the crypto/web3 landscape and thrives in a fast-paced, high-bar environment. 

What You'll Do: 

• Build targeted pipelines across tech, product, and business roles with a focus on US & LATAM markets.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source talent through LinkedIn, communities, GitHub, Telegram, and crypto-native platforms.
• Craft compelling outreach that cuts through the noise and engages passive talent.
• Maintain detailed and organized pipelines in our ATS and sourcing trackers.
• Contribute market insights and data to support search strategy and decision-making.

What We're Looking For: 

• 2–4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably across US & LATAM.

• Experience sourcing for tech or crypto/Web3 companies is a major plus.
• Strong research skills, creative sourcing techniques, and market fluency.
• Exceptional written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven in remote work environments.
