Our Infrastructure Engineer is accountable for:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining network and server infrastructure to support business operations.
Monitoring system performance and resolving issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and deploy infrastructure solutions.
Maintaining security and compliance standards across all systems and networks.
Automating infrastructure tasks and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Documenting infrastructure configurations, procedures, and system changes.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network engineering.
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with networking concepts, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
