Description

Kelly is seeking a direct hire Accountant for a position in St. Joe, IN. The Accountant will oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, fixed assets, financial and compliance reporting, assisting with the annual budget, inventory management, and the recording and timely reporting of accounting records and transactions. This role will also be responsible for the month-end closing process and corporate reporting while playing a key role in providing data and KPI reports to the Division Manager Team. The Accountant will help maintain and continuously improve the internal control structure.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of accounting or finance experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA, CMA, or MBA certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP.
  • Background in manufacturing accounting.
  • Interest in pursuing future leadership roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Power BI.
