Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Accounting Clerk and play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in accounting or finance, this role offers exposure to a collaborative environment where your contributions will be valued.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Prepare, review, and reconcile invoices, bills, and statements
- Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity within accounting systems
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support the preparation of financial reports
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries about payments and billing
- Collaborate with team members to refine accounting processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is an advantage
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong numerical aptitude and data entry skills
- Good verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advance your career in finance and accounting with ongoing training
- Potential to progress into senior accounting roles
