Job Title: Accounts Payable Processor
Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $22 per hour (plus/minus based on experience)
Position Type: Full-Time Position Purpose:
The Accounts Payable (A/P) Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable records for the company. This role ensures that all company invoices are processed correctly and paid completely and on time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals prior to payment.
- Print and distribute signed accounts payable checks as required.
- Prepare garnishment checks based on payroll reports.
- Address all vendor inquiries and act as a liaison between the company and vendors.
- Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate files.
- Utilize Invoice Router to ensure timely completion of all invoices.
- Code refunds and assist divisions with inventory logging.
- Ensure timely payments for rent and auto loans.
- Assist with all incoming and outgoing accounts payable emails and calls.
- Oversee timely payments of all company Wells Fargo accounts.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

- Operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment.
- Requires the ability to communicate in person and over the phone, interpret printed materials, and operate a computer.
- Must maintain attention to detail despite interruptions and be able to lift and carry supplies and files weighing up to 10 pounds.
- May occasionally work on project sites and be exposed to various weather conditions, chemicals, and other potential hazards.
This is a full-time position. Occasional overtime may be required as job duties demand. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of previous accounts payable experience preferred.
- Strong computer, written, and verbal skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Must be fluent in English (speak, read, and write).
- Passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check is required.
