$23-25 per hour based on experience

  • Duration: Approximately 4-5 months

What's a Typical Day as an Accounts Receivable Processor? You'll Be:

  • Processing and recording incoming payments accurately and promptly.
  • Reconciling payments with open invoices and ensuring correct application.
  • Building and fostering strong relationships with customers for seamless payment processing.
  • Managing the aging of accounts receivable and taking steps to follow up on overdue payments.

This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit if You:

  • Have a high school diploma; prefer a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable role.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an understanding of ERP-based accounting systems like Syspro.
  • Excel in problem-solving and have effective communication skills.
