What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable/Receivables Admin? You'll be:
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
• Processing invoices in various portals such as Ariba, OpenInvoice, Coupa, etc.
• Assisting with customer purchase orders and commission orders
• Conducting accounts receivable collection calls
• Communicating effectively with team members, other departments, customers, and suppliers
• Providing excellent customer service and following company policies
• Performing other accounting, administrative, and clerical duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Possess strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Are a team-oriented and flexible individual
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a great work ethic
• Can perform well in pressure situations
• Have at least 2 years of accounts receivable/payable experience
