- Processing invoices for payment with attention to speed and accuracy.
- Running company check cycles and supporting accounts receivable functions.
- Overseeing petty cash funds and handling mail machine operations.
- Performing detailed vendor reconciliations and verifying expense reports.
- Liaising with suppliers to request refund checks and maintain financial records.
- Conducting internal financial audits to ensure flawless transactions.
- Handling diverse clerical activities—no two days are the same!
- Supporting the team by participating in meetings, training, and company initiatives.
- Keeping your workspace organized and contributing to a clean, efficient office.
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' accounts payable experience (or) High School Diploma with 5+ years' relevant work experience.
- Experience in manufacturing is a big plus!
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with email, Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
- Top-notch attention to detail and adaptability in a high-tech, fast-moving environment.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and suppliers.
- Flexibility to adjust work hours when needed.
- Qualified as a US Person under 22 CFR Part 120.15 (for ITAR-controlled data).
