Looking to make your next career move? Kelly is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Eagan, MN! This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at an industry leading medical device manufacturer. 

  • Direct hire, permanent opportunity
  • $27-28/hr, may be flexible depending on experience
  • Onsite role. Potential for hybrid in the future
Responsibilities  
  • Accurately process daily invoicing and post general ledgers.
  • Utilize multiple collection management software for efficient and effective handling of assigned accounts.
  • Research account activity to resolve discrepancies, missed payments or credits.
  • Knowledge of returns process and ability to service as a backup for this function.
  • Daily use of excel spreadsheets for AR aging reporting and reconciliation.
  • Make collection calls to customers in a professional manner while maintaining and improving customer relationships.
  • Negotiate payment plans with the customer when needed.
  • Review aging of outstanding balances due and follow up with customers timely as needed.
  • Ability to collect on high profile customers with complex aging.
  • Research and trace transactions to resolve outstanding account discrepancies.
  • Ability to influence customers to pay outstanding account balances.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team and Sales Team to resolve payment issues.
  • Work through rebate and chargeback transactions for top distribution customers.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closings.
  • Assist with audits.
  • Ability to cross train in other functions as needed.
  • Performs additional, related duties and assignments as needed.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience
  • Proficiency with MS products including Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong follow-up, organizational, and time management skills
