Job Posting: Administrative Assistant (1-Month Temporary Position)


Duration: 1 Month Temporary Job
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Requirements: Drug test and background check required
Location: Kailua-Kona HI 96740 

The Imaging Specialist is primarily responsible for performing the document preparation and scanning tasks of important client documents.

Primary Functions:
  • Responsible for all document preparation and indexing, including sorting and preparing hard copy records for scanning, according to specific client requests.
  • Utilize third-party software to scan hardcopy files to electronic images, ensuring a quality image.
  • Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation and tracking.
  • Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines of maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Perform Quality Checks on all scanned and prepped documents to ensure accuracy and address any quality issues.
  • Detect image errors, determine, and document the cause of errors during QC.
  • Perform manual data entry for validation and/or verification.
  • Re-assemble documents back to their original condition as required.
  • Prepare the product for delivery and assure all projected documentation is complete.
  • Maintain and ensure optimal performance of scanning hardware and software, troubleshooting errors as necessary.
  • Assist in training new Imaging Specialists.
  • Comply with daily maintenance and safety checks of all equipment.
  • Utilize pallet jacks and carts as necessary.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of related experience in a team-focused environment, preferably in a service industry.
Certifications, Licenses, Credentials:
  • None

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic PC computer skills.
  • Effective communication with coworkers and management.
  • Ability to remove staples, sort, file, and box records.
  • Maintain record order and sequence.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
  • Acceptance of change and long durations of project assignments.
  • Understanding the importance and value of customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
