Job Title: Temporary Administrative/Accounting Assistant
Location: Rochester, MN (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (3–6 weeks, potential for extension)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/Accounting Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to contribute immediately while keeping our financial processes accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely

Manage credit card transactions

Perform bank reconciliations

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data is current

Support general accounting functions as needed
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
-
Ability to work onsite in Rochester, MN, Monday through Friday
