Now hiring an onsite Administrative Assistant for our premier client in Brattleboro, VT!
Pay: $18.50/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Position Type: Temporary (4-6 weeks)
Location: Brattleboro, VT 05301 (100% onsite)
Job Summary: You are responsible for answering all incoming phone calls, taking phone orders, relaying information, processing billing, inventory, writing out job tickets, ordering supplies, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answering all incoming phone calls, taking phone orders, relaying information, and processing billing, inventory, and customer service.
- Prepare reports for Manager as needed, such as writing out job tickets to cycle into production
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of relevant experience (receptionist, administrative assistant, bookkeeping, etc.)
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working within a team environment as well as individually
- Excellent PC skills, including Excel, Word and Access
- Self motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, often stressful environment while maintaining a cool, calm, collected and professional attitude
- Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task throughout the day
- Ability to be available for overtime on short notice
- Ability to work and problem solve independently
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Accounting or similar experience either Accounts Receivable and or Accounts Payable
- Ability to be flexible and take on other assignments as needed.
