Employment: 3 months with a chance of extension
Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday | 8AM to 5PM | Hybrid (60% onsite 40% remote, 3x a week in the office)
Pay Rate: $30.30/hr
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant supports daily team operations by managing email communications, maintaining records, tracking data, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This hybrid role requires strong computer skills, the ability to handle high-volume tasks, flexibility with frequent task-switching, and strict adherence to workflows. The position involves managing confidential information, collaborating closely with the manager and team members, and providing consistent communication support via Google Suite and business applications.
Responsibilities:

Review team email inbox multiple times per day

Save, organize, and maintain incoming documents

Track information in spreadsheets and dashboards

Meet daily with manager for updates and alignment

Meet multiple times weekly with team members

Report late responses and pending items to manager

Draft and send letters or email correspondence

Maintain and update calendar events

Remain available via Google Meet, chat, or telephone in 15–30 minute increments

Handle and safeguard confidential information

Perform other assigned administrative tasks
Must-haves:

Strong computer skills

Experience in high-volume roles

Ability to change tasks frequently and remain flexible

Ability to follow established workflows

Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Experience using business software/tools

Fast and professional response time to emails and requests

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable internet and home office setup

Ability to start once selected and onboarding is completed

Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
Skills Desired/Preferred:

Prior administrative experience

Administrative certifications (e.g., office admin, data entry, admin assistant training)
