You'll be:

Managing quarterly meeting calendars, initiating meetings, and tracking deliverables

Scheduling ad hoc meetings for R&D teams, Product Developers, and CARB-X support teams

Assisting with onboarding documentation for Subject Matter Experts and coordinating introductions

Supporting conference-related administrative tasks, including creating name tags and shipping CARB-X swag to event venues

Performing data entry and updates in Salesforce

Managing calendars and rescheduling meetings related to Product Developers

Administrative Assistant experience (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Basic knowledge of Salesforce (preferred)

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
