Pay Rate: $25 per hour-$29 per hour (DOE)

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to a department or individual.
  • Performing tasks such as typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, and record keeping.
  • Coordinating meetings and conferences, managing supplies, and handling mail distribution.
  • Working on special projects involving recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.

 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Are proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative coordination, including reviewing daily activity reports, using contract data management systems, and managing payables.
