What's a typical day as a Permitting Manager, Commercial Multi-Site Development? You'll be:
• Managing permitting and utility consulting tasks for commercial multi-site development clients
• Performing detailed due diligence to determine permit and utility coordination requirements
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to obtain necessary information
• Creating and updating jurisdiction-specific scope worksheets and trackers
• Developing strategies to expedite permit and utility applications
• Maintaining organized systems for record keeping
• Engaging in business development activities with existing and new clients
• Contributing to process improvement and standard operating procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Project Management, Science, or Mathematics
• Have 7-10 years of experience in the Construction Industry
• Have project management experience of at least 5 years
• Have multi-site permitting experience of at least 3 years
• Have experience in construction project management/operations and performing permitting and utility coordination for commercial projects
• Have experience creating project-specific detailed schedules and using scheduling software
• Are proficient in remote work software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
• Have critical thinking and strategic planning skills
• Have the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Have superior customer service skills
• Have proficiency in reading and understanding architectural and engineering drawings
• Are willing to travel at least 2 times a year
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Have experience managing a team
• Project a professional, positive attitude
