Full-time, consistent 1st shift schedule: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

12-month contract

Opportunity to work with a globally recognized aircraft manufacturer

Hands-on role supporting advanced composite aircraft production in a team-oriented environment

Manufacturing a variety of composite aircraft parts to meet production and quality specifications
-
Performing composite functions including lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave processing, trimming, and repair
-
Reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine work sequence
-
Using specialized tools and precision measuring equipment (6" scale, 1" micrometer, 6" dial caliper)

Inspecting work to ensure defect-free assemblies prior to inspection
-
Maintaining accurate logs and records (MIR sheets, DMTs, CRABS, PCOs, DR/DI, etc.)

Maintaining a clean and organized work area while supporting FOD, 5S, safety, and Lean initiatives

Performing other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED
-
At least 2 years of composite bonding experience

Experience working with composite resins and materials

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and precision measurements

Basic computer skills
-
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Valid Driver's License

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

Flexibility to work any shift, if needed
