Job Level Description:
• Entry-level professional contributor on a project or work team.
• Has theoretical knowledge.

• Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. Purpose This position is for an entry-level professional who schedules and expedites the movement of parts required to support NPI, Transitions, CSI, AFT, and OOPS projects managed by the NPI team and meet customer commitments. Responsibility Statements
• Prepare Line of Balance (LOB) based on Project Plan provided by Project Engineer.
• Track orders status and aging. Escalate risks/roadblocks for process completion.
• Participate in Operations Tier meetings per areas (as required) to communicate NPI priorities and needs.
• Provide visibility of NPI units in the different process areas.
• Provide visibility of NPI priorities per week.
• Provide visibility of units on Rework or NCM and follow up until the process is resumed.
• Coordinate with each functional areas in the team for any support needed to be on track with commitments.
• Engage Process Engineers to provide required documentation prior Full FAI Inspection
• Escalate any commitment fail risk.
• Provide visibility of unexpected material shortages.
• Make sure units are properly shipped as needed.
• Work closely with Planner/Project Engineer for special orders or shipments requirement
Education/Certifications:
Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
