Analyste Junior – Bilingue (français/anglais) – Soutien administratif
Contrat : 1 an

Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste Junior motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe administrative.   • Effectuer de façon autonome diverses tâches administratives, notamment des recherches, des vérifications et de l'analyse de données
  • Utiliser plusieurs plateformes logicielles pour gérer et traiter les dossiers clients
  • Répondre de manière professionnelle et courtoise aux demandes des parties prenantes internes
  • Assurer la gestion administrative et le suivi des dossiers
  • Favoriser une communication positive et de bonnes relations avec les collègues et les membres de l'équipe
  • Soutenir la réussite globale et les standards de qualité de l'équipe
Ce que vous apportez
  • Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) ou formation postsecondaire équivalente
  • Au moins 1,5 an d'expérience pertinente en administration ou en opérations
  • Bilinguisme français (obligatoire) et anglais (lecture et rédaction), car vous serez amené(e) à consulter des documents dans les deux langues
  • Expérience en amélioration de processus et capacité d'adaptation au changement
  • Expérience dans un environnement opérationnel ou en assurance, un atout
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation
