Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Pay Range: $36–$42 per hour Position Summary Are you passionate about optimizing healthcare processes and utilizing data analytics tools to drive improvements in quality and cost? We are seeking a motivated Analytic Tools Process Specialist to support provider engagement and integration with multiple Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert to both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating transitions to meaningful use, providing documentation, and ensuring effective communication related to analytic tools and systems. Essential Responsibilities Level I Accountabilities
- Oversee implementation for new EMR conversions, including data review for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate timelines and expectations clearly with Provider Groups and Vendors.
- Provide ongoing engagement and status updates with vendors, including issue/ticket resolution and quality assurance.
- Document, optimize, and support key business processes such as vendor tool invoicing and yearly "go-live" quality programs.
- Review data and metrics within quality tools for accuracy and completeness.
- Create, resolve, and escalate support tickets, ensuring timely communications with stakeholders.
- Upload and maintain reports in provider file sharing tools.
- Demonstrate high standards of integrity by supporting company mission, values, code of conduct, and privacy policies.
- Maintain reliable attendance and perform other assigned functions.
- Plan and coordinate processes for quality vendors, data aggregator systems, and health plan supported tools, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Mentor peers and support Value Based Payment group initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Lead implementation of complex EMR conversions and escalate resolution opportunities.
- Lead projects supporting Value Based Payment groups and key stakeholders.
- Experience: 1+ year related experience required; healthcare or provider/hospital systems experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Technical Skills: Skill with Microsoft Office Suite, EMRs, data aggregation software, and data warehouses preferred.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent communication and organizational abilities required.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and adhere to project plan timelines.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience interacting effectively with internal/external customers and all levels of leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven project management experience, vendor process management, and success in meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work for prolonged periods sitting or standing at a workstation and working on a computer.
