Kelly Job Description: Production Operator – B Shift Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: B = Day 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM 3/2/2/3 schedule
Location: Clayton, NC
Job Summary
Join our team as a Production Operator, playing a key role in supporting manufacturing production, maintaining safety and quality standards, and contributing to a high-performing team. This is an onsite position requiring reliability, initiative, and motivation. Key Accountabilities
- Maintain aseptic areas and perform sanitizations and environmental monitoring
- Actively participate in and support event response activities
- Review and provide input to SOPs and related documents, as required
- Train fellow employees in own areas of expertise and proactively learn systems and equipment outside of primary responsibility
- Record and review data in Batch Production Records (BPRs) and associated forms using Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements during work execution
- Other accountabilities and duties as assigned

- Wash & Sterilization

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a related field preferred
- BioWorks certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the manufacturing industry, FDA-regulated environment preferred
- Experience requirement can be waived with a BioWorks certification or a minimum of an associate degree in a related field
- Experience with aseptic processing preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand complex product documentation and standard operating procedures with strong attention to detail
- Computer literacy required
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and organizing work, managing execution and outcomes, and revising work plans as needed
