Kelly Services is hiring an Assembler in Eagleville, PA!

We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to support the inspection, service, and repair of industrial lighting and electronic equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical or electrical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, working with their hands, and being part of a collaborative team.

Position: Assembler
Location: Eagleville, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair electronic equipment according to company standards

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using basic tools and testing equipment

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person regarding service updates

  • Generate repair quotes and follow up on estimates and approvals

  • Maintain accurate records of all service activity in internal systems

  • Support walk-in customers with repairs, parts purchases, and payments

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

  • Ensure work area is clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Associate's degree in electronics or related technical field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in electronic repair, assembly, or service roles

  • Comfortable using soldering tools, multimeters, and hand tools

  • Ability to read and follow instructions, manuals, and schematics

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on, active environment
