Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking Light Assembly Workers, in Johns Creek, GA where you will be responsible for the assembly of medical device kits. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to BSC and GMP procedures to ensure products meet specification standards. We are building a pipeline for upcoming job placement.
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM ($16.75/hour)
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 11:30 PM ($19.26/hour)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly of medical device kits and all aspects of the assembly process.
- Prepare necessary documentation, check kitting order specifications, complete log sheets, and maintain a clean work area.
- Print and inspect product labels for accuracy and quality.
- Standing at work station perform tasks such as bending, lifting, twisting, wrapping, pulling, and pushing throughout the shift.
- Demonstrate dexterity in accurately assembling detailed medical kits, picking, packing, labeling products, and handling small components.
- Ensure proper placement of items in accordance with strict specifications while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to solve problems and resolve issues.
- Utilize basic computer skills with proficiency in using a mouse and keyboard.
Qualifications:
- English proficiency for effective team communication.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Preferred experience in assembly line, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
- Must comply with all regulatory requirements, ISO 14001, and BSC Environmental, Health and Safety standards.
