Are you looking for a stable job with a great team environment? Kelly is helping our client, a global leader in temperature-controlled packaging solutions, to hire enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing team in Maple Grove!
 
As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate production, inspection, inventory, and distribution of innovative packaging products. You will be responsible for the manual assembly of insulated packaging panels, packing and labeling products for shipment, and utilizing inventory systems.
 
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday

 
Pay: $17.25 - $17.75 per hour
 
What You'll Do:

• Manually assemble and build insulated packaging panels following work instructions.
• Pack products into shipping cartons, ensuring proper protection and accurate labeling.
• Use manual or electronic inventory systems to track orders and inventory.
• Operate material moving equipment (2-wheeler, pallet jack) to manage materials.
• Adhere to quality standards and perform quality assurance checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

 
What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more of relevant packaging, assembly, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Ability to make decisions to solve in-process problems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime, or adjust to shift start and end times as needed.

 
Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch in a production environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
