First and Second Shift Available!
Hourly pay depends on experience! What You'll Do:
- Follow our Quality System procedures and safety standards
- Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand tools and precise equipment
- Inspect and test your work to ensure it meets high quality standards
- Identify and report product defects or equipment issues to supervisors
- Keep accurate records and maintain cleanliness at your workstation
- Support coworkers by sharing knowledge and assisting where needed
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Respectful of confidentiality and demonstrates good judgment
- Comfortable working with diverse personalities
- Open to learning new skills and willing to help others grow
- High School Diploma or GED (vocational training a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (medical device experience preferred)
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Familiar with basic computer programs for data entry
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Experience with microscopes and small assembly equipment
- Skilled in using measurement tools (calipers, rulers, etc.) and common hand tools
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Good vision (with or without corrective lenses) for detailed work
- Able to safely lift moderate weights and perform repetitive motions
