Pay Rate: $19.50 - $21.84 per hour.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm

What's a typical day? Responsibilities vary by position, your choice of position, and work as an Assembler, Machine Operator, Material Handler, or Quality Control inspector.
    •  
  • Manually place parts on circuit boards according to specifications
  • Operate automated manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality assemblies.
  • Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive electronic assembly operations.
  • Label components, assemblies, or subassemblies accurately.
  • Prepare and manually assemble inserted components based on visual aids.
  • Visually inspect parts for proper insertion and placement
  • Perform routine equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment.
  • Coordinate with team members to set up machines according to set-up sheets.
  • Ensure board loader and feeders are continually loaded with correct parts.
  • Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas.
  • Own all material movement to stock, including dock to stock, material requisition order (MRO), printed circuit boards (PCB), floor returns, and system transactions.
  • Issue all material from stock, including transfers, kits, manual pulls, highly marketable parts (HMP), and system transactions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have previous experience in manufacturing assembly which is preferred but not required.
  • Are familiar with electronic assembly processes and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Can work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Have good visual inspection skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Basic computer skills for system transactions
