Description

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our 2nd shift team. If you have experience in manufacturing or assembly and are comfortable with hands-on work, quality checks, and using measuring tools, we want to hear from you!

Location: Monticello MN
Shift: 2nd
Time:  4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Pay: $18.19 - weekly pay
Temp to Perm Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Deburr, inspect, assemble, and leak test various parts

• Maintain quality and safety standards while meeting production targets

• Use measurement tools and inspection gauges to verify parts

• Inspect parts for non-conformances and document findings

• Communicate any issues or actions taken during production

• Follow blueprints and detailed assembly instructions

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed

• Comfortable reading and interpreting blueprints

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
